About Tri Inspection Detection
My name is Luke Bartlett, I opened Tri Inspection Detection to help individuals and families with one of the largest decisions of their life. When buying a home, renting an apartment or purchasing a property for a business you start with rose colored glasses seeing everything as perfect. You hire me to find any safety or maintenance conditions that the property may have. This is not to give you a stamp of approval or a X to not by property, the report I prepare and review with you is to make sure you are not caught unaware one week to one year into being in your new property and realizing you are unable to fix or handle a condition that was there and may have been fixed by the previous property owner.
Who is Luke BartlettBefore becoming a home inspector I worked as a electrician for six years in the Chicagoland area. After expanding my family and moving to central Illinois I worked in the maintenance field in an industrial setting learning more about plumbing and mechanical maintenance. I decided that helping individuals and with one of there largest and most confusing decision they will make was what I wanted to do. I have went through state licensing classes and many hours of personal research to make sure I provide you with the most complete and thorough inspection along with the most recent and up to date information to make sure you are making an informed decision

It is your best tool when it comes to making the most of your investment. The most common are buyer/seller inspection, individual component inspection, new construction inspection, rental move in/out inspections, landlord inspections and consultation before beginning a do-it-yourself project. We look at each inspection individually, but the bottom line is that the inspection is done solely for the clients peace of mind. An unbiased independent quality inspection is essential.
