Appliance Warranty
We want to provide a little extra protection when it comes for our clients, both buyers and sellers. When you are buying or selling a home, a sudden failure and need of replacement or repair of a major appliance is not only unwelcome but also likely unaffordable. This warranty will help offset that inconvenience. And for our clients it is included with the inspection.
Our home buyers will be protected by a 90 days appliance warranty, that is upgradeable to 14 months, this protects any appliance in the home after the closing date. any functioning appliance is covered no matter the age.
We protect our seller clients just as well. Every Seller inspection is protected by a 6 month protection warranty if they also list their home on InspectedHomes.com through us. We do this because in a typical market homes may sit being listed and if an appliance stops functioning it can be costly as well as difficult to repair or replace in time.
